About Three Rivers Irrigation 

My first exposure to irrigation was when I was 15 years old working at a golf course in my hometown of State College. I worked at two different courses until I graduated Penn State and moved to Pittsburgh to work for a high-end landscaping company I had met at the Career Fair. I received hands-on training on irrigation systems, and learned how to do installs, repairs, start-ups, and winterizations. After a number of years, I received a job offer with a large Landscape Supply company. They provided me with formal training, and I even got the opportunity to fly out to the Hunter, and Rainbird Headquarters. Part of my job was to teach interested Landscape Companies how to service and install irrigation systems. I soon realized there was a shortage of Irrigation Technicians, and my years of knowledge and experience would better serve the Pittsburgh area if I returned to the field.
